 My only time visiting South America was my trip to Mexico. I completely fell in love with the food, it is now one of my favorite cuisines. Besides the food the beaches were incredible, exactly how you’d imagine them, white sand and crystal-clear waters. The country also has a great history of the ancient Mayan’s. Visiting the ruins was a great insight to Mexican culture. Below are some pictures from my time in Mexico...
